The Health Justice Recovery Alliance (HJRA) was established in 2020 as a one-year project to support Measure 110’s implementation. The project grew into a five-year statewide campaign to defend, strengthen, and deliver on the law’s promise. HJRA sunsetted in 2025, but the project’s legacy lives on in the services that remain, the lives changed, and the movement toward care that continues.
